Uneasy day

I don't know what is wrong with me today. Maybe everything from the last couple weeks is just catching up with me, but I have felt disoriented and sad all day. I just want to crawl into bed and sleep. Work yesterday killed me. Uggggg I hurt everywhere today! Fibro sucks!
